Launch a particular preference panel - does not require GTK. Parameters: [in]  bndlName  A string containing the bundle name of the preference panel [in]  argc  The number of launch arguments being sent to the preference panel [in]  argv  An array of char* containing launch arguments for the preference panel Returns: ALP_STATUS_OK if no error ALP_STATUS_STATUSGADGET_INVALID_PANEL if the panel is not present on the system
