	Connection Mgr profile id.
uint8_t	contextId
	Context id in case of PS data call.
uint32_t	counter1
	Duration in seconds in case of CS data call, and downlink bytes exchanged in case of PS data call.

	Not used in case of CS data call, and uplink bytes exchanged in case of PS data call.
uint8_t	type
	Type of data call. See defines ALP_TEL_CNC_TYPE_XXX.
