Is there any way to register an application using database?

Click on the "Creator IDs" on the left hand side of this page. It will take you to aan external site where you can register your application. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply.
But I want to register my application using palm database like we register the WindowsMobile application using registry.
  The administrator has disabled public write access.
