Cause i used a vmware image,the password is "access".
  The administrator has disabled public write access.

Yes, it might not be clear, but if you need to enter a user password (when using the "sudo" command, for example) the username is "access" and the password is "access". The appliance is configured to automatically log into that user id, so you do not need to explicitly log in.
