I have installed the garnet OS Development Suite.

I try to start the sample hello world and it does actually start the Palm OS garnet simulator.

Then the msgbox which says press ok once target platform has launched comes up.

The simulator does launch OK, but I get an error saying "Unable to find the host application"

I am running on vista 32 bit and have tried it with firewall on and off, but no difference.

OK, here is the error image...

Hey, I had the exact same problem. I never did find a solution on the PC I was using, but I installed the development suite on another computer (this one ran XP) and it worked fine. In my experience reinstalling just made things worse. I'd switch computers if you can. If not I'm not sure what to say. Hope someone else can help better.
