Does anyone know where I can get a POSE Tungsten E2 skin?

Technically even if you can find an E2 skin for POSE. The reason is that POSE is an OS 4.x or less emulation tool. The Tungsten E2 is a Garnet OS 5.X device. This can only be emulated by using Simulator available here: http://www.accessdevnet.com/index.php/Simulator/View-category.html

But that said. If you are looking for skins and that, I suggest joining the Palm Developer network and using their device specific ROMs for Simulator. Google Palm Developer Network the first link gets you there.
