I was wondering whether or not you can help me. I currently own a Motorola L7 Imode phone. This phone is good in all aspects except one, which I believe, has been overlooked. I have contacted Motorola, who make the handset but they have directed my query to you , as the software on the phone is made by you, to resolve.

Whenever I use the installed MP3 player, as long as the music is playing, the screen stays on and this means that the battery drains it's power very quickly. I have another variation of this phone called the Motorola L7E. This particular phone, which is NOT an Imode phone, has 2 MP3 players on it and in both cases the screen goes blank after a short delay when you play music to conserve battery life. Clearly this feature should have been implemented on the L7 Imode.This phone uses your Access software, as explained by Motorola.
I would like to know whether or not you can supply an updated version of your software to install on the L7 imode phone to correct this problem? If so please can you tell me how to go about updating the software on the phone. I understand that this phone can only be used on the O2 network in the UK.
