Using user view setting by default ? 2008/08/06 09:25 Karma: 0
Hi,

I developpe a web application optimised for NetFront build 519.

I have created a nex view setting in "view setting" menu. With this user setting my application displayed correctly contrary to the default setting.

When I close and reopen the browser, the first view used is the default view. Users of my application must change this view using the "view setting" menu.

Is there a way to start the browser with my own created view setting instead of the default view setting ?

Thanks for your answer.
Regards
Marc

Bonjour xavxav,

No I still have this problem...

I've adapted my application for NefFront display.

But now I would like to start the Browser directly in full screen mode. Do you know a way to do that ?
Thanks

Marc

Hi Marc,

Unfortunately, I did not find such information. When I go to a site with Netfront, I have to go to Menu + View + Virtual Canvas + Disable, every time that I go to my application optimized for mobiles phones (240 x 320 px).

Hi Fucce

No, unfortunately, I did not find any solution.

There is not any detailed documentation and there is no community around Netfront either.

Xavier

Thanks for your response! Perhaps there's a hotkey or an arg on the startup. I continue to search...

I found a solution

You have to go to
Menu / Tools / Browser setting /

Then go to
Menu / Browser view

In the Browser setting screen, select :
Virtual canvas : disable.

The next time that Netfront runs, the virtual canvas is disable and the display is OK.
