I made a test appl. It cab be started in Garnet OS Development Suite. But I after I start Garnet OS Simulator direct from itself, not in Dev Suite emviroment, my appl is not there. What can I do to let the appl available when I start simulator directly?

I found the solution by myself. Right mouse click and select install-Datavase... browser to the project directory, into Debug and find the prc file.
  The administrator has disabled public write access.
